DROWNING ISLANDS – The Sea Swallows Samoa

While climate change is debated on the world stage, the reality for those in the Pacific is that it is banging down their front door. The people of low lying atolls like Kiribati and Tuvalu are being forced to flee their land due to rising sea levels and the reality for people from other Pacific paradises is that they will soon follow.
Samoan Pacific Climate Warrior, Brianna Fruean, shows us the affect climate change is having on her homeland and warns of the devastating consequences that may be in the not too distant future.
